Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED · JUNE 15, 2026
By creating or joining a roll on ClickWhirr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, don't use the service.
The service
ClickWhirr lets a host create an event "roll" that guests shoot into. Frames stay sealed until the host's reveal time, then develop for everyone at once. Hosts set the reveal time, look, and limits.
Your content
- ·You keep ownership of the photos you take. You grant ClickWhirr a limited license to store, process (e.g. apply the event's look at reveal), and display them to that event's participants.
- ·Don't upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.
- ·Hosts are responsible for their event and may moderate or remove frames; participants can report frames in the gallery.
Music & soundtracks
If you add your own audio to a premiere, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so, and you agree to indemnify ClickWhirr against claims arising from that audio. Curated tracks are provided under their respective licenses.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service or its sealed-until-reveal guarantee. We may suspend access for violations.
Community standards (zero tolerance)
ClickWhirr has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following are prohibited and grounds for immediate removal of content and termination of access:
- ·Child sexual abuse material, exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors.
- ·Non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeurism, or sexual content uploaded without the depicted person's consent.
- ·Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or doxxing of other users.
- ·Hate speech or content that promotes violence or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- ·Graphic violence, gore, self-harm content, or content that promotes self-harm.
- ·Illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property, or content that violates the rights of others.
- ·Impersonation or use of someone else's identity without permission.
Reporting and moderation
Every frame in the gallery has a Report control. Reports go to the host and to the ClickWhirr team for review. We aim to act on credible reports within 24 hours. You can also block a shooter from your view at any time. Users who repeatedly violate these standards have their accounts terminated and are barred from re-creating accounts.
Contact for moderation
To report illegal content, harassment, or any urgent safety issue, email safety@clickwhirr.app. For general support, hello@clickwhirr.app.
No warranty; liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickWhirr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost photos due to factors outside our control.
